This number called me today recorded message from 'Amazon' *****SCAM******

Some bogus call mentioning a scrappage scheme for windows! Started call saying “I understand you’re the homeowner am I correct?” ..

A very fast voice said something about tax and then fell silent but that was all I could catch. This is a Portsmouth Hampshire..

They call and hang up before I can answer

Phone me and would not talk. Would not accept return calls?
