Picked up. No answer, just background “call centre” type noise. Used BT phone blocker for this number.

States on text message that it has come from Gov.uk regarding Parking ticket but no information regarding where the charge is..

Number not in your database, and doesn't seem to appear on other sites either. Also unknown to me, and almost certainly a scam..

This number called to say I had a problem with my Visa. It was repeated in Chinese. Thing is I am a UK citizen.
