Somebody claiming to be BT suggested my broadband service was being accessed by the general public

The automated call said it had verified my number

Didn’t answer

Nobody spoke but background sounded like call centre, dealing room!

just hung up

Funny sound when I answered, no one spoke, very spookie

It’s Always ringing on landline and mobile. I don’t know that number even tho it’s my city? Not picking up till I know who it is!?
