Who called me from 01908041185?

This number (Milton Keynes dialling code) has called me several times today - at around 6.30, they called, I didn't hear the call, no message left. When I checked my phone it came up as a missed call. I called them back on the above number which was answered by a female on what I assume to be a switch board. I was told they were very busy. A human female eventually answered me, said they were giving me the advice I asked for. They tell me I have asked for advice on technology - I think they said solar panels. I have not asked anyone for such advice so called whocalled.com they could find no such number. And directed me through - I told the female 'This has to stop, I am receiving phone calls, and am tired of telling them I do not want their help, hadn't asked for it and to take my telephone number off their list and not call again!' She assured me my name was being taken off and they would not bother me again. About 10 minutes later a male person called again, same telephone number - he told me he was replying to my request (addressed me by my Christian name) I told him pretty much what I had just said to his colleague a short while earlier, he replied he didn't know anyone had just called me. But assured me He would delete my number. I am elderly, my husband died just over a year ago and I feel vulnerable. My granddaughter - a Police officer with the MET advises I also report this to Action Fraud.
