The message purported to be from DWP and told me that I had not completed a form to claim £300 benefit. as the number did not look right I googled it and it turns out that the '90' code is for Turkey. DO NOT BE TAKEN IN BY THIS, HOWEVER MUCH YOU COULD DO WITH THE £300!!!
