2 Months AgoA foreign gentleman, certainly with an accent I could not recognise and speech I couldn't understand, has been pestering me for weeks to register with his "company" to make investments. He claimed to operate in the City of London, but his accent suggests he wouldn'I be the type to operate from there. I have just had another call and decided to investigate where the call originated from, but "who-called" hasn't confirmed that and can't recognise it.
