6 Months AgoA really rough sounding woman with a London accent called from this Glasgow number wanting to talk about loft insultation. She asked if I was the home owner and told me that my loft insultation needed changing as it was against British Lung Foundation guidelines. I asked her how she knew and she said it showed on the database. I asked her to tell me what my name was and she kept talking over me. She then cut the line whilst I continued to ask her to confirm my name. Obnoxious woman. I'm TPS registered so she should not be calling me in the first place. If you happen to be reading this love, you need some training in telephone etiquette and some elocution lessons. Even if you did get a bona fide job, rather than this scam one, that voice is not a great asset.
