Unintelligible female purporting to be from BT that Broadband has been compromised, need to change password, go to computer "and I'll guide you". Asked if she was a hacker, eventually she hung up. THEN I received a very genuine-looking email from BT, which made me think maybe she was BT after all. I phoned BT who confirmed she was a spam.
