Friday 14th June 14:04 - Female caller, said she was calling from 'Solar UK' in order to arrange a system check of my solar PV system (installed 10 years ago). Offered an appointment for 12 noon today (17th June). Appointment confirmed in a call at 15:24 on Friday, from 0121 461 6762, but this time from 'Ecoserve'! No one turned up today and I've tried both numbers to try to find out why, but with no response.

4 Months AgoFriday 16th June 14:04 - female caller from 01134 601079 (see my report for that number), claiming my solar PV system needed inspecting now that it is out of warranty (and she seemed to know it was installed just over 10 years ago). Offered appointment for 12 noon on Monday 17th June, later confirmed by second call at 15:24 (Friday), but from 0121 461 6762. Today, 17th June, no one turned up, and no response when I tried the two phone numbers to enquire why. Waste of my time!
