8 Months AgoThis number called me today 19 March 2024 on my landline phone claiming to be 'bank security' but not naming any bank, saying that two payments had just been made from my debit card, totalling £1,300. To stop these payments, I should press 1 or to talk to one of their advisors I should press 2. I did neither, because I have received several scam calls just like this before. I hung up and dialled 1471 to find their phone number, which is 0207 222 1894.
