Suspicious! My Son received a call on his phone today while at my home, the Call opened with what sounded like an automated voice, not pausing if I asked a question, next an asian sounding voice spoke and said that I had been transferred to him as I wasn't answering questions, and announced he was from a company called Housing Disrepair Team, when I asked about the ai aspect he told me not to be 'stupid', he was not very professional and was rude, as I challenged him about his comment, stating that I would make a complaint, to which he replied 'I don't care'. I let him explain a little so I could see what he had phoned about, he went on to say, they were a company dealing with repair negligence of tenants, ragarding damp and mold and pipe and plumbing issues, and I would get compensation. At the end of the call I asked the asian sounding man what his name was and he replied Kevin! ahem!
