Who called me from +5351013516?

+53 5 1013516 This number called me twice on WhatsApp, they only ring for a mila-second so it's purely to just get attention, the intention was to not speak to me but to get me to be curious and honestly it kinda worked and now I'm worried if I've been really stupid. I tried to call the number back whilst privatising my caller ID but immediately got told "your phone is blocked from contacting this number goodbye" I then when back to WhatsApp and tried messaging the number through the app, the number can receive messages but it will never open them or respond but it will appear and offline a few times, I tried calling the number back but I didn't trust the ring tone, let it ring 3 times and then I gave up knwoimg nothing was ever going to happen. Right, as I was writing this out, the number messaged me back through WhatsApp, the number has sent me this message; "Hi, I'm sorry to bother you, allow me to introduce myself, I'm Doreen, HR Manager (Totaljobs), do you need a part-time job using data to optimize application rankings?". This is clearly a script the user has scrambled to find to try a d receive more attention and possible personal data of victim. It took the number just over 15 minutes to do anything, it seems to me it's a robot set to call random numbers from WhatsApp to grab attention, once you interact with said caller, it knows someone is there too toy with. Do not give this number attention as I did, do not give the caller any information, do not speak to user if you get the chance. It best to block and ignore the number and report it. Clearly a scam, most likely a robot, possibly dangerous, I'm unsure as I refuse to continue to interact with it any further.
