8 Months AgoHad a call from this number this afternoon. Caller said they were from 'my network' EE and that they had a discount for me. I'm not with EE, and knew it was a scam, so I wasted their time for about 10 minutes. They didn't ask me to install something to my phone, but asked straight away for name, address, bank details. I gave them false information, and hung up on them halfway through talking. I did receive another call a few minutes later from a different number, but same initial caller, who sounded really aggressive, demanding to know why I didn't complete my application. I told him I knew it was a scam. He said, 'well, we've got all your details!' I replied that I'd given him false information and was passing all the details to 'the people's call centre' and offered to pass him along to my colleague (flatmate) to talk to. Scammer hung up on me! I wonder why haha
