2 Years AgoCalled pretending to be O2 offering me 30% off my contract. Caller said 'hello' before I had a chance to answer the phone. Didn't know my name and kept calling me 'mam'. To be fair the guy had a very thick accent (offshore call centre?) and was hard to understand. When I told him he wasn't interested he kept asking why and tried to keep me on the phone by carrying on with his spiel. When you call the number back it goes to KSM Energy.
