21 Days AgoCompany called to say my sky insurance was coming to a close and and that they could no longer accept direct debits so offered a one off payment for one year at £99 or two years. They said I had been paying £11.99 per month since 24 Aug 2023 which I haven't. They would not tell me the name of the company and insisted their office is in London but were calling from a Brackley (Northants) number. The first operative could not manage my questions and put me on to his 'senior manager', Angela, who rang off when I asked further questions.
