7 Months AgoClaimed to be from amazon. Said someone had tried to buy an iPhone on my account. Asked for otp, which was sent from amazon's usual number, so I gave it. Then asked me to download an app called connectwise. I said I wouldn't be happy to share my screen. She said that I'd be charged for the phone. I said I would call amazon myself. She became very aggressive. AMAZON CONFIRMED THEY NEVER CONTACT CUSTOMERS BY PHONE.
