I was called by this number & suspected a cold call. I let it ring then picked up the phone. I didn't speak. eventually the line went dead. I dialled 1471 & got this number. I called it & got a strange message. it said there was a problem they couldn't take my call. it went on to say if I was the operator I should do such & such. I didn't call it again but I'm suspicious.

One Year AgoPhone went at 7.28am. when I picked it up the line went dead. this is classic scam/cold call tactics

10 Months Agowhen I answered the phone a woman said her name was Angel & she was calling from IPSOS. she said she wanted to ask me some questions. (I know that IPSOS is a market research company.) after this the line went funny so I put down the phone. she didn't call back.
